:::Cancellation and/or Reschdule Policy::: As a courtesy to you, I will reach out to confirm prior to your scheduled appointment. Please give 24 hour notice by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment online or calling/texting (316) 370-7705 for adjustment. I reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the booked appointment value should the cancellation be within the 24 hour window. :::No Call/No Show Policy::: If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call or attempt to contact prior to your appointment time, I reserve the right to charge up to 75% fee based on the services booked. If this happens two or more times, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the service will be required for future bookings which will go towards the cost of the appointment. :::Late Policy::: Please arrive on time for your appointment to guarantee that you are able to receive your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and reschedule as a courtesy to the stylist and other salon guests.
