Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling by calling/texting (316) 370-7705 or adjusting your appointment online. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the booked service total. Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies, or severe weather at the stylist’s discretion. Please reach out if you have concerns!
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to make contact, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged. You are welcome to book again, however a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings, which will be applied toward the service total at your next appointment.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and are subject to the cancellation policy above.
